RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have 7 days easy exchange and return policy, it gives you an option to exchange or return items purchased within 7 days of receipt of the item.
Guidelines for Returns / Exchanges:
In order to return/exchange a product, please raise a request by dropping a whatsapp on 9310388922 or call between 12 pm to 7 pm to take the request forward.
Once the request is received, our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep as soon as possible. Please be available to handover , if not picked on the attempt, the request will be marked as failed.
The courier partner will make three attempts to pickup the product after which the customer will have to send the courier back to us at their expense.
If pickup facility is not available at your pincode, you will have to courier back to our address and store credit of Rs 149 will be reimbursed to you.
After pickup, within 3-7 working days,Refund in the form of Desinoor Coupon Code will be issued which you can use to purchase anything from the website within 1 year or a refund as requested by the customer.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your order, please send us a Whatsapp on 9310388922 within 2 hours of placing the order.Please note that some orders are shipped immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.
Any amount paid will be refunded.Please note that this might take 5-7 days to reflect depending on the mode of payment.
