EXCHANGES

We have 7 days exchange policy, it gives you an option to exchange items purchased within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Guidelines for Exchanges:

  • The product should be in its original, unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
  • Exchange/Return is allowed once per order.

Once we receive the request, It will be approved or declined depending on the eligibility Kindly share your reason for exchange to make the process seamless.

Once the exchange request is received, our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep as soon as possible. Please be available to handover , if not picked on the attempt, the request will be marked as failed.

After receiving the returned product, the product will pass through a quality check process. Once the product passes the quality check, Refund in the form of Desinoor Coupon Code will be issued which you can use to purchase anything from the website within 3 months subject to availability in stock.

RETURNS

We have 7 days return policy, it gives you an option to return items purchased within 7 days of receipt of the item only if the product is defective (Images and Video required).

Please note:

  • There might be a minor colour difference between the actual product and the pictures shown due to screen resolution issues. Please do not ask for return on the basis of this.
  • The product should be in its original, unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
  • Minor damages like stones, mirror pulled off etc might happen during transit are not covered under return/exchange policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your order, please send us a whatsapp on 9310388922 within 6 hours of placing the order.Please note that some orders are shipped immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.

Any amount paid will be refunded.Please note that this might take 5-7 days to reflect depending on the mode of payment.
